The main raw material for this project is crude lithium carbonate, which is thoroughly dissolved into the liquid through a pulping and continuous hydrogenation (carbonization) system. Then, impurities in the liquid are removed through filtration, fine filtration, resin, and iron removal systems. Finally, the lithium carbonate in the liquid is precipitated through a continuous pyrolysis system. After centrifugal separation of solids, the product is dried by a disc continuous dryer, vibrating screen, air flow pulverization, mixer, solid demagnetization, and packaging machine.
